Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be provided only if a request is made within 24 hours of receiving the quotation. After this period, a refund will not be processed, as work related to drafting or registration may have already commenced.

• Refunds will typically be processed within 2-7 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

• Digital products are non-refundable once sent through email.

• Government fees, such as registration fees or stamp duties, are non-refundable.

• No refund will be processed once the document drafting or registration process has begun.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the quotation for a full refund of agent fees, excluding any government charges.

• If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, a refund may not be possible as work may have already started.

• Government fees paid for the registration of documents are strictly non-refundable.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. In case of unresolved disputes, the matter will be governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

4. Right to Modify the Policy

The Legal Foundry reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
